Can I print my own business logo on your stickers?
Yes, we have a specific "Custom Logo Sticker" product designed for small businesses. You can upload your own high-resolution logo, and we will print it exactly as provided. Please note that this service is for printing ready-made artwork only; we do not offer logo creation or design edits as part of the standard price.
How do I receive my digital download products?
If you purchase a digital printable (like a reward chart or school supply label), no physical item will be posted to you. Instead, the file will be delivered electronically to your email address shortly after purchase. You can then download, save, and print it at home as many times as you like.
I made a spelling mistake on my order! Can I change it?
We print exactly what you type into the personalisation box. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, please email us right away. If your order has not yet been printed, we may be able to update it. However, if production has already started, a remake fee will apply to reprint the item with the correct details.
