1️⃣ How do I personalise my order?
Enter the name, text, or details exactly as you’d like them printed in the personalisation box on the product page. We copy and paste your details, so please double-check spelling and dates before ordering.
2️⃣ Can I make changes or cancel after ordering?
Production often begins shortly after an order is placed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Please Note: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
3️⃣ How long will my order take?
This depends on the item location:
- 🇦🇺 Local Items (Tasmania): Dispatched in 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days via Australia Post.
- 🌎 Marketplace Items (Global): Dispatched in 2–5 business days from our international warehouse. Delivery takes 12–24 business days.
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email.
4️⃣ How much is shipping?
Local Items (Sticksy Made):
- Free Tracked Shipping on orders over $50 AUD.
- Orders under $50: $3.00 (Standard Untracked), $7.90 (Tracked), or $10.90 (Express).
Marketplace Items:
- Australia: Flat Rate $9.90 AUD.
- International: Flat Rate $25 AUD.
- Note: Marketplace items are excluded from free shipping due to international logistics costs.
5️⃣ Why did I receive separate parcels?
If you purchase a Local Item (handmade in Tasmania) and a Marketplace Item (shipped from our international partner) in the same order, they will be shipped separately.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and they may arrive on different days.
6️⃣ What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
7️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship physical products worldwide for a flat rate of $25.00 AUD. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–25 business days).
8️⃣ Can I return items?
Personalised Items: Cannot be returned for change of mind or spelling errors made by the customer.
Digital Downloads: Are non-refundable due to their instant nature.
Marketplace Items: Can be returned if faulty. Please contact us before returning any item.
9️⃣ Can I resell your designs?
No. Our designs are copyrighted and may not be resold as standalone stickers or files. However, you may use our stickers on your own packaging (e.g., candle jars, gift boxes) for your small business.
