1️⃣ How do I personalise my stickers?
Simply enter the name, text, or details you’d like printed in the personalisation box on the product page before adding your item to the cart. We’ll print your stickers exactly as you enter them — so double-check spelling and formatting before ordering.
2️⃣ Can I make changes after ordering?
We begin printing shortly after an order is confirmed, so we can’t always guarantee changes once it’s placed. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production starts.
3️⃣ How long will my order take?
Orders are usually printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and postage option selected at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped.
4️⃣ Do orders under $50 include tracking?
Orders under $50 are sent via untracked postage to keep shipping costs affordable. Orders over $50 include free tracked shipping, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
5️⃣ What if my order arrives damaged?
If your stickers arrive damaged or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo so we can quickly resolve it for you.
6️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now ship internationally with a flat-rate of $25 AUD. Free shipping offers apply to Australian orders only.

7️⃣ Can I return personalised items?
As each sticker order is custom printed, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or spelling errors. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out so we can help!
8️⃣ Are all stickers exactly the same size?
Sticker sizes may vary slightly (±2mm) between batches or suppliers. This small difference doesn’t affect print quality or design and is usually barely noticeable once printed.
9️⃣ Can I resell your stickers?
No — you may not resell our stickers as they are, whether on sheets or individually. Our designs are copyrighted and for personal or business packaging use only. You can use them on your own packaging, candles, or products if you are a candle maker or small business owner. However, selling the stickers themselves (on sheets or singles) is not permitted.
