2. Products & Personalisation

  • Our products are custom-made and printed to order based on the information provided by you at checkout.

  • Please ensure all personalisation details (such as names, spelling, colours, designs, etc.) are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors supplied by the customer.

  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before production and shipping of your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders under $50: $3 untracked postage or $9.90 flat rate tracked postage (within Australia).

  • Orders over $50: free tracked shipping.

  • We also offer express options upon request at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Sticksy Prints Australia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

  • By submitting custom designs, text, or images for printing, you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and that they do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
