If there is ever an issue with your order, weโre here to help.
If we made an error
If we have made a mistake on your personalised stickers (such as an incorrect name, date, spelling or quantity), we will happily remake the item at no cost and, where possible, send it via Express Post.
Replacements are typically remade within 1โ3 business days, depending on workload and seasonal demand. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
If the customer entered incorrect details
We print exactly what is entered in the personalisation fields at checkout.
If incorrect information was provided (e.g., typo in a name or date), we can still assist with a replacement, however, aย remake fee may apply.
To avoid errors, please carefully review all personalisation details before submitting your order.
๐ฎ Lost or Delayed Parcels
Delays caused by Australia Post, particularly during peak seasons, are outside our control.
If tracking shows your parcel is still in transit, we are unable to resend or refund the order until Australia Post confirms the parcel as lost through their investigation process.
๐ท Proof / Photo Requirements
For any replacement request (including misprint issues), we may ask for a photo of the product received.
This helps us verify the issue and ensure your replacement is printed correctly.

Because all products at Sticksy Prints Australia are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to offer:
