Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re proud to ship all orders from Tasmania, Australia. Every order is carefully packed and printed just for you.

Processing Times

All orders are made to order and usually ship within 2–4 business days.
During busy periods (like Christmas), please allow a little extra time — we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Australian Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping options:

Free Tracked Shipping — on all orders over $50 AUD
Standard Post (Untracked) — $3 AUD flat rate
Tracked Post (Flat Rate) — $6.50 AUD

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro areas: 3–6 business days
Rural or remote areas: 7–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships. If tracking is included with your order, a tracking link will also be provided.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using Australia Post International Standard.

Flat rate: $25 AUD
Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on location.

Please note:

Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs processing delays outside our control.

Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on its way.
If you’ve chosen a tracked shipping option or your order qualifies for free tracked shipping, you’ll also receive a tracking number.
